Arawak formed the KIng Earthquake Sound System in 1977, and played and promoted conscious music around the UK until the mid 80's, where they were run aground by shifting musical tides. Nearly 15 years later, those tides began to shift back in his favor, and he re-launched the sound system, mashing up dances ever since.
