About Guy J
On the path to becoming one of the dance music underground's premier artists, Guy J has amassed a vast discography showcased within an eclectic list of world-renowned labels. His disregard for boundaries has catapulted his genre-diverse Lost & Found imprint into one of the most highly regarded brands world-wide.
Performing major events & festivals with John Digweed, spinning back-to-back with all-time great, Hernan Cattaneo, and headlining gigs around the globe; Guy has reached a level he thought he could only dream of. Yet through all of it, Guy J remains his emotional and modest self.
His Lost & Found brand is certainly the crown jewel of Guy۪s portfolio. The label and festival brand have seen top-tier releases, a stage at Tomorrowland and one-off festivals in Amsterdam and Toronto.

One of the greatest living figures in electronic music, Derrick May originated a style that changed the sound and form of popular music across the world: techno.
Born in Detroit on April 6, 1963, May met the other founding fathers of techno, Juan Atkins and Kevin Saunderson while he was a teenager studying at Belleville High School. Inspired by European electronic sounds and black American dance music, May, Atkins and Saunderson - who would become known as the Belleville Three۪ - began to DJ together at parties and clubs under the name Deep Space Soundworks in the early eighties.
May's 1987 release Strings of Life' is without question one of the greatest dance floor anthems that will ever exist. In 2016 he returned to the studio for the first time in decades to record with Luxembourg-born classical pianist Francesco Tristano. The resulting album, Surface Tension۪ was released on his legendary Transmat label.
Today Derrick continues to tour the world, from is hometown to Europe and beyond, spreading the language and love he created over 30 years ago.
